Nithyananda Gurukul, 1st Year Anniversary

On this auspicious day of Vijayadashami, Nithyananda Gurukul celebrated its first anniversary on 21 Oct 2007 at the Bangalore. This day, meant for new business and academic ventures was celebrated with great joy at the Bidadi ashram.

A special Sri Vidya homa in the Gurukul building, partaking of sweets, release of new books and photographs, an entertainment program by the Gurukul students - all marked the celebrations of this day.

The highlight of the evening was a phone call from the Master who is on tour in the US. He blessed the Gurukul students and the Gurukul system of education. Further, the Gurukul children put up an entertainment show to conclude the day.

On this Vijayadashami day, a new book was released. Titled 'Sri Anandeshwara Temple and the healing Tree', the book was rleased by a senior ashramite and the first copy was received by a child from the Gurukul.
