In the ashram in Bangalore, one can find a 600 year-old Banyan
tree which is the Energy hub of the ashram. Under the banyan
stands the diety - Lord Anandeshwar, which is the primordial
Guru or Lord Dakshinamurthy. Also found is a Svyambhu
Lingam (self-created form of Lord Shiva) worshipped
by people for years together, which was consecrated by Swamiji.
The following Puja-s are performed
by the brahmacharis of the ashram to Lord Anandeshwar for
the public:-
Healing Puja: Special worship for relief
from physical and mental illness. During this puja, the
brahmacharis chant a special mantra energized by Swamiji
for the well-being of the person.
Kubera Puja: Special worship for prosperity
in existing and newly started ventures in professions, industry
and trade.
Family welfare Puja: This is offered
on occasions like the birthdays, marriage anniversaries,
etc. of the family members.
Guru Puja: Puja offered to the Guru on
every Thursday as a thanksgiving.
Full Moon / New Moon Puja: Performed
for fulfillment of specific desires on two days - the day
on which the full orb of the moon is seen and the day on
which there is no moon, in a lunar month.
Devotees who wish to join in the puja may do so in
the following way: You may send in your name, star, rasi, address and
