I am 27 years old, residing at No. 50, Anjanappa Layout, Banaswadi, Bangalore - 43, a patient of Friedreich's Ataria (Progressive degeneration of cerebellum) since 1991. I had been taken to many doctors and hospitals and was subjected to many treatments ranging from allopathy, homeopathy, ayurvedic to native medicines. All those have not borne any results. I was even requested to attend various religious conventions, which included Hindu and Christians. From all these I did not get much relief.
One of my Father's friends recommended me to go to Shri Paramahamsa Nityananda Swamigal. I underwent Surgery for my back during 1997. I did not get relief even after the surgery. I was suffering from pain in the lower back if I stand continuously for 30 minutes. The Orthopedic Surgeon advised me to do some exercises and to learn to be with it (pain). I consoled myself by comparing the people who are suffering from severe deformities. But somewhere in the corner of my heart, there was some feeling that if at all I should be cured, it should happen only by an Avathara Purusha (Mahan) by simply touching my back. But I never tried to search such a Mahan. Exactly a year before March 2002, I heard about Swamiji who was healing people at a cave near Rajarajeswarinagar and that many people had been cured by his touch. Being a Brahmin, I have faith in Spirituality and existence of God. In these days we see lot of Swamijis as Head of Mutts and spreading Spirituality among common man. Of course, many are serving humanity by running a lot of Educational Institutions, providing Hospital facilities for the poor and the downtrodden and also providing Drinking Water to many villages. But, I have not heard of any Swamiji hearing the problems of individuals, advising them if necessary, healing them for their disease and finally accepting them as his Disciple. At the first sight of the Swamiji inside the cave, my intuition said He is the person who can cure me. His view and approach with the people who came to Him attracted me very much. His Blessings "ANANDAMAAGA IRANGA (BE HAPPY)" inspired me very much and I said "YES" to my intuition. The distance between my place and Rajarajeswarinagar was the irritant. Fortunately Swamiji started Healing in the present place which induced me much to be near Him. I am very much proud to be the disciple of a living Enlightened Master, the Great Saffron Clad Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda Swamiji.
I gradually started to attend his discourses. His vision on the common people especially on modern day youth is tremendous and makes others exclaim. His mission to inculcate meditation among the young people is welcomed by one and all. His discourses on topics with examples and stories are astounding, one will never forget the gist or the essence of the topic. Swamiji, as I know does not belong to any religion. His quotations from various religions are mind-boggling. Swamiji came to Bangalore a year ago without knowing the local language. He was able to win over the confidence of one and all in a very short time. He healed about 1000 people who came to Him with dejection. By gentle touch, Swamiji diagnosis the problem of the patient within seconds and administers the Healing to the right Chakra or the nerve point resulting in flow of new energy in the body. The art of diagnosis by Swamiji on the patient is amazing and even specialists in Allopathy do not have any clue on the Magic Healing by Swamiji. Swamiji says that there are 7 Chakras or nerve centers in the Human body which are responsible for the proper functioning of the Human body. By cleansing the affected chakra by allowing positive energy to flow to that chakra, the problem or disease is cured. There were instances where the Specialists gave up the patients after prolonged treatment and they were treated by the Swamiji and got cured completely. There are thousands of devotees to Swamiji from all walks of life who get solace in the association of Swamiji. With intent observation, one can clearly feel the energy field around Swamiji.
Depending on the gravity of illness Swamiji suggests the patients to come for healing for a week or ten days. As the results were unimaginable, people started to flock in huge numbers. Swamiji realized that he could not attend to the increasing number of patients everyday and initiated many of his devotees as Healers who are able to transmit the energy flow to the patients.
Swamiji is always trying to spread the message of Meditation among all the people. He has designed a two days' residential program called " ÁNANDA SPURANA PROGRAM" , popularly known as ASP wherein he teaches the Meditation Techniques for each Chakra. The program is conducted in a picturesque place away from the city's noise and pollution. Those who attend the program do not have words to explain about it. Even old aged people say that they are rejuvenated after attending the program.
One of the devotees offered Swamiji about 25 acres of land near Bidadi. Swamiji's dream project is to construct a big Meditation Hall to accommodate about 4000 people at a time with a high-energy field. The work is already taken momentum and is going at jet speed. One of the good qualities of the Swamiji is his decision-making. It is unimaginable and he is always longing for new things that are accepted by all generations. His memory is unimaginable. Cream of life is youth but Swamiji has sacrificed all this life for Humanity. After all, as a Human being our goal is only to attain Mukthi and only by dedicating ourselves to Swamiji's mission we can fulfill our goal.
