Donation of a new block for rural students of Bidadi village school...

In Feb '06, Swamiji performed the bhoomi pooja (pooja to
Mother Earth) and pooja to the first brick, to flag off the
construction of the new block that Dhyanapeetam is donating to the Government
School for the rural children of the village in Bidadi, Bangalore. Following
are pictures taken during the ceremony.
In the picture below, the items are kept ready for performing
the Guru pooja and bhoomi pooja. The Guru pooja is the
offering to Lord Anandeshwar - Lord Dakshinamurthy, who is considered to be the
primordial Guru or Master.
In the picture below can be seen
the public function that happened as part of the proceedings. To the left of
Swamiji are seen Sri Sri Sri Balagangadharanatha Maha Swamiji of the Adi
Chunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Math and Sri Sri Sri Sivapuri Maha Swamiji of the
Omkarashrama Mahasamsthana who participated in the function.
