Note : All Devotees will be dropped at New Delhi and they have to make their own arrangement to reach their destinations.

• Seat number will be allotted and intimated to all Devotees by the organizers
• Dhyanapeetam holds the responsibility of providing lodging for all Devotees
• All Devotees may have to stay in Dharmasala / Ashram / Choultry / Hotels as  identified by the  organizers
• All Devotees may have to stay in Accommodation by 3 Beds, 4 beds, 6 beds & 8 beds with Attached Bath. Hot Water per Bucket  Rs.10
• Minimum Luggage which can be carried by self on all the places, however, Maximum allowed baggage are suitcase one - size Max 26’’, Handbag or Backbag - one Cabin Baggage
• One Bed Pillows and blankets will be provided at all the staying places in Rooms
• All Devotees are requested to bring along Warm Woolen Clothing Suitable for very cold weather. Jerkin, Jacket, Sweater,  Monkey Cap, Woolen Gloves, Thermal Inner Wears, Medicines, Torchlight, Cosmetics, Shoes, Medium Lock with key and Rain Coat
• From New Delhi Railway Station (Ajmer Gate side) buses are arranged to pickup Devotees
• Poojas at all the holy places will be instructed by the Swamiji
• Evening session will end with a discourse by the Swamiji
• The next day schedule will be informed to all the Devotees at the evening of the previous day
• All the Devotees have to follow the timing in each place as instructed by the organizers
• Each bus will have two volunteers from within the group to render any help
• Group / Individual accommodation will be provided as per the availability of lodging facility in respective location.
• Individual site seeing programmes are not permitted
• Organizers will not bear any other entertainment cost incurred by the Devotees
• Yatra will start at New Delhi and end at New Delhi, Reaching to New Delhi and Return Journey to the respective home destinations from New Delhi will have to be arranged by  the Devotees themselves
• Children are not allowed to accompany with the parents due to the climatic conditions
• Organizer held no responsibility for the loss or damage of the belongings and properties of the Devotees
• Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner time may be fixed based on the place available
• Please inform in advance to the organizers regarding your special diet needful only
• Participants have to pay directly for hot water, Mineral water (drinking) Porterage, any other personal requirements, hiring doly to travel on trekking part
• Boiled, Filtered water will be provided for drinking
• Organizers has the right to add or delete any places of visit as per the time availability and situation
• All Devotees are requested to furnish their emergency contact details with contact person name and number
• Cancellation of journey will be entertained only till 10th May 2008. Refund Policy. Money will be refunded after deducting 25% amount towards initial expenses
