Preservation Foundation

-Preserving the rich Vedic heritage

Bronze sheet metal work on the temple flagstaff - banyan tree

Bronze sheet metal work on the temple flagstaff - Paramahamsa logo

From raw metal to thin sheets shaped and carved on delicately,
these sheet metal works add grandeur to temple arts.

There are 108 tandava murtis, each around 2 ½ feet, representing a dancing form of Lord Shiva.
Seen here are a few of them that have been made for various locations worldwide. Work is on to
complete all 108 of them.

Silver kavacham (covering) on the Dakshinamurthy deity at the Bangalore ashram.
Silver sheet is worked on intricately to produce grand covering for stone deities.

Skilled artisans work on sheet metal to create different types of deity decorations and other temple items.
