Sri Sri Balagangadharnath Maha Swamiji's Jayanthi Celebration - Bangalore, India

The 64th birthday of Sri Sri Balagangadharnath Maha Swamiji from Adichunchanagiri Mutt was celebrated with lot of  festivities in Bangalore City on January 19th 2008. Master who was a  guest of honor on the occasion, conferred the first honorary degree from International Vedic Hindu University to Sri Sri Balagangadharnath Maha Swamiji - a doctorate in Hindu Philosophy. The event was well attended by many top dignitaries and Swami's from different institutions including former President of India - Sri Abdul Kalam and Jagadguru Sri Sri Shivarathri Desi Kendra Maha Swamiji from JSS Suttur Mutt.
